Victoria was a successful leader at The Hewlett Packard Company, HP Inc and Hewlett Packard Enterprise for 35 years until retiring from the company. While there she worked in IT, HR/Diversity and over 25 years in Marketing. During the 2022 International Women’s Day celebration, Victoria was chosen as one of ten women recipients out of over 600 nominations worldwide to receive the HPE “Women’s Excellence Award”. 

Victoria has a bachelor’s in business administration from The University of Notre Dame and a master’s in business administration from The University of Iowa.

Junkins has spent over 30 years serving her community through various church ministries and humanitarian outreach programs. Her passion for inclusivity and belonging drives her efforts to resolve injustice, dismantle racism, and counter the mass incarceration trends.

Junkins served with a medical mission team in the Philippines, contributed to anti-sex trafficking efforts, and uses her professional experience to assist in branding and marketing for charitable community endeavors.

Junkins is married to Mike Wing with whom she co-authored The Wisdom and Insight of Matthew Henry: Helping Modern Christians Strengthen Their Walk with God and The Incarceration Explosion: We Must Do Better.

Victoria was born and raised in Coralville / Iowa City, Iowa. Her hobbies are volleyball and singing. She has sung with The Loveland Opera Theater and sang Bass in the Sweet Adelines women barbershop quartet, Lyric.

Victoria Junkins has 2 children and 3 stepchildren with husband, Mike.
